Family & friends, children, grandchildren & animals

The flowers, the trees & rainbows in the sky

Revel in the smile from a stranger

Return it & pass it on to all you meet

Take the smile as a gift of love from God sent to you today

And remember that today counts.

It is tomorrows yesterday and should be enjoyed to the full

It is what you want, mean and feel when you do or try the things that you do

If the base of your intent is God, then you will succeed

Aim high and strive to be the best that you can

Try new things, meet new people, make time for you

Feel the joy, feel the laughter, feel the pain

For this is what makes you who you are.

Know that it is God's will for you to feel all of this

And to feel the love and support behind it

It is my intent today to feel God's love and to share it all with you.

Good health is of mind, body & soul

Feed, exercise & replenish your needs to acquire good health.

This will help you to attain wealth

For wealth is not necessarily money or possessions

True wealth is an abundance of family, friends & love

True wealth comes from knowledge

Learning to listen & apply what you read & hear

Happiness comes from the Self, with God's help

Being grateful for all things big or small

The laughter of children, the sunrise & sunset

A rainbow after the rain, & food on the table

Accept changes & be thankful,

For without change your health, wealth & happiness would become stale & mundane

Above all, thank God that I am happy healthy & wealthy today

We share with you & feel all your sorrows & give you support when things go bad. We are your shield & cushion for the not so good moments.

Share with us. Ask us questions. For we are here to guide & support you. We are not here to live your life. That is for you & you have many choices.

We cannot take away all the unhappiness, but we can help to ease it. For without the lows in life, there would be no highs, & life would be a very mundane existance.

Strive to do the best you can. Share with God & the Angels. Remember your family & friends for at times they need comfort & support.

Remember that life is for living and that it is a precious gift from God. So with love & god & Spirit at your side you can achieve anything. Talk to us to day.
